Fidem Holding
Fidem Holding has a clear vision – that humans have the capacity and ability to rebalance and reshape the world’s economies, themselves and even the planet itself – and focuses on the sectors of commercial climate action, supply chain, and agriculture and food. In terms of supply chain services, the company collaborates with businesses across the entire chain to assist them in increasing efficiencies through partnerships, guidance and financial solutions. Fidem Holding also advises corporate clients regarding their operational management, talent building, governance and commercial development strategies to help them streamline their commercial goals across all departments. The company actively seeks projects within its scope of focus to offer its expertise to its clients in a variety of sectors.

Brain-Computer Interfaces
David has a keen interest in the field of BCI (brain computer interfaces), which are devices capable of creating a direct communication pathway between an external output and the brain’s electrical activity. These devices’ sensors capture the brain’s electrophysiological signals and relay this information to an outside source, such as a robotic limb or computer. The brain chips used to facilitate this pathway may be surgically placed beneath the scalp, be incorporated into a wearable device that’s worn over the scalp or implanted within the brain tissue itself. The closer the chip is located to the brain’s neural network the better the signal can be interpreted.

Hobbies & Interests
David enjoys a diverse range of hobbies and interests in his leisure time, including playing the drums and piano, regularly visiting the gym, running and hiking. He also likes to listen to music (particularly that of Alt-J, Thom Yorke, Beirut, Avishai Cohen and Hozier) and read; some of his favourite books include Douglas Hofstadter’s Gobel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid and The Pity of It All by Amos Elon, as well as titles concerning the logic of philosophy, the mind and matter. David is a keen traveller and particularly enjoys visiting Europe and Japan for skiing and India for its spirituality.
